Modular Inspection Chamber Systems

Pennine Manufacturing Ltd. are currently manufacturing Ecolite, EcoPlus, EasyLiner, Atlas, and EasyStack, which are suitable for different areas of the construction industry and a diverse range of site applications. The components of the chamber systems are made from recycled plastic and can be recycled at end of use, and are available in many different sizes.

Ecolite & EcoPlus

Ecolite modular inspection chamber systems are ideal for water utilities and many other applications, with the smaller sizes suitable as SV chambers or hydrant sections, and the larger sizes comprising a versatile range, suited for utility, street lighting, fibre optics, electricity and gas supply applications.

The system is D400 loading for sizes of 380x230x150mm and above.

Ring height = 150mm

Wall thickness = 40mm for 150x150mm, 65mm for 380x230mm and 430x280mm, 90mm for larger sizes

Ecolite Assembly

EcoPlus Assembly (for large sections)

EcoPlus chamber rings offer higher loading properties and are popular for applications including PRV and PMVs (1200x675mm), and are made with larger chamber applications in mind. The range is wide, offering flexibility and suitability for most applications, from 900x450mm up to 1500x1500mm. There are standard sections and steel reinforced ones to create chamber loading capacities that meet site requirements.

Ring height = 150mm

Atlas

The components of the Atlas chamber systems are manufactured from recycled polypropylene and have knock-outs for 110mm ducting. The system is available in various sizes and can withstand loadings from 12.5 tonnes (with larger chambers over 25 tonnes).

The duct entry options are available with 110mm duct entry knockouts pre-moulded into the wall sections, but can also be supplied with larger pre-drilled duct entries to despatch and meet specific site requirements.

Ring height = 150mm

Wall thickness = 75mm

EasyStack twin-walled inspection chamber systems are manufactured from recycled polypropylene. This system can withstand higher loadings, with larger or reinforced chambers capable of withstanding up to 90 tonnes, making it suitable for almost all areas of the construction industry, including airport and dockyard installations.

The parts of the walls are available in the sizes of 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm and so on and can therefore be assembled into larger chambers with walls up to several meters long. It can also be strengthened with steel parts to make chambers resistant to high lateral loads.

 

EasyStack chamber systems

EasyStack’s duct entry options are available with 110mm entries pre-formed and with 110mm knockouts, but can also be supplied with larger pre-drilled duct entries to meet specific site requirements.

Ring height = 150mm

Wall thickness is between 100mm and 120mm

EasyStack Assembly

EasyLiner

EasyLiner is a lightweight yet rigid chamber which can be easily assembled. All components lock together, making EasyLiner a robust chamber which is suitable for a variety of uses. This chamber system is normally concrete back filled and offers an alternative to rotationally moulded liners, over which EasyLiner has cost and technical advantages.

The chamber can be supplied fully assembled or flatpacked.

All components are made from recycled plastic, strong polypropylene, and are recyclable at the end of use.

Ring height = 320mm

Sides available 300mm, 450mm and 600mm

wall thickness = 58mm
