EasyLiner Chamber System

The EasyLiner Chamber System by Pennine Manufacturing Ltd is a modular, lightweight solution for underground access. Made from recycled polypropylene, EasyLiner components lock together securely, forming a robust chamber suitable for various utility applications.

• Internal chamber sizes range from 300 × 300mm to 600 × 600mm
• Wall thickness: 55mm
• No maximum depth; rings can be stacked without clips
• Supplied flat-packed or assembled
• Designed for concrete backfill
• Knockouts available for pipe entry

Applications:

• Suitable for A15 loadings by default
• For B125 and above, concrete surround is required
• Not suitable for E600 and above

Installation Overview:

1. Assemble chamber with required number of rings (flat end up, lip end down)
2. Excavate hole with 50mm clearance on all sides
3. Install base
4. Create pipe entry holes using knockouts or core drill
5. Position chamber and connect pipes
6. Backfill with concrete
7. Fit lid and frame, finish surrounding area
8. Allow 3 days for concrete to cure before applying loads
