The EcoPlus Reinforced Chamber System by Pennine Manufacturing Ltd is a robust, modular solution for underground access in utility and infrastructure projects. Manufactured in the UK from recycled polypropylene and reinforced with 2.5mm steel, these chambers are engineered to withstand D400 load ratings and offer superior strength and durability.

• No concrete backfill required in most installations

Applications: Ideal for footway and highway projects. Suitable for inspection and maintenance access chambers in high-load environments.

Installation Overview:

1. Excavate to required dimensions, allowing for cover, frame, and mortar bed
2. Pour concrete, dry mix, or compacted stone base
3. Lower and align chamber sections
4. Fit access cover using mortar, grout, or resin
5. Backfill with compacted material or concrete
6. Finish surface up to chamber edge

Note: Struts must be used for wall lengths of 600mm and above during backfilling. Reinforced rings are recommended when chambers are not surrounded by concrete.
