EcoPlus Chamber System

The EcoPlus Chamber System by Pennine Manufacturing Ltd is a high-performance, modular solution for underground access in water utilities and ducted networks. Made in the UK from recycled polypropylene , EcoPlus chambers are lightweight, chemically resistant, and capable of supporting D400 load ratings .

Installation Overview

1. Excavate to required dimensions, allowing for cover, frame, and mortar bed
2. Pour concrete, dry mix, or compacted stone base
3. Lower and align chamber sections
4. Fit access cover using mortar, grout, or resin
5. Backfill with compacted material or concrete
6. Finish surface up to chamber edge

Note: For chambers not surrounded by concrete, reinforcement may be required. Struts must be used for wall lengths of 600mm and above during backfilling.
